We make hand crafted black pudding in both a traditional hand tied horse shoe Bury or in a more common stick shape with a synthetic skin

Both are produced to give maximum flavour and can be eaten cold as they are fully cooked during production.

The Burys are available in x 2.7Kg (6lb) bags giving approximately 12 burys. Sticks are available individually in either 454g or 1.36kg.
