Daniel has spent the last 15 years working in the UK meat industry holding many management positions. He also worked for Halls in Scotland producing sausage for many of the large retailers.
Chris founded the business in 1998 and built on his vast experience making Sausage and black pudding since he was 14 years old. Due to retire in 2015, Chris’s outstanding recipes will be his lasting legacy.
